After being told by the estate agent that my buyer should have recieved and reviewed the contracts etc at the end of last week I am today informed that my buyer is reading through the information today! I am still not sure whether it is the estate agents just telling me anything to get rid of me or my buyer has a mystery life that stops her doing mundane things like sorting out the house she is buying.
Oh well. I am just going to have to spend another week hoping they do not come back with any more queries.

Why?
When I originally accepted an offer on my flat I couldn't get a sensible outline of what happens when you sell a house and why. I was sure that the sale of my lovely little flat would go through quicker than a quick thing. What could go wrong?
Four months later the sale fell through and I was a big boiling mass of stress. So this time I thought I would chart what happens. After all with all the documentation already prepared for one buyer surely this time it should go quickly?
We shall see.....
